The job

As Senior IT-supporter, you'll be a key part of the service desk — we are the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-users. Based in Aarhus, your day-to-day focus will span walk-in troubleshooting and meeting room equipment through to escalated tickets and critical incident handling.

You'll serve a technically diverse user base that includes many developers and testers, which means you'll need to calibrate your communication to meet each person where they are: knowing when a brief answer is enough and when a detailed explanation adds real value. Our environment spans Windows, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, VPN, meeting room technologies.
