Process Excellence Partner

To strengthen our ability to drive improvements across functions, processes and systems, we are looking for a Process Excellence Partner who can help identify, facilitate and implement improvements across the organization. The role combines classic LEAN thinking with a broader focus on end-to-end processes, digitalization and organizational execution.

You will work closely with subject matter experts across FeMD to help translate improvement opportunities into sustainable business outcomes. This direction aligns with the recently established Process Excellence function within IT, which is intended to strengthen cross-functional improvement work while building on FeMD's existing LEAN foundation.
