Strategy Manager

LanguageWire is looking for an ambitious, analytically sharp Strategy Manager to take ownership the company’s corporate strategy, how its structured and how its operationalized, and executed.

In this role, you will bridge high-level corporate strategy with financial discipline, commercial execution, and M&A. Key Responsibilities and Impact You will hold an end-to-end responsibility for ensuring that LanguageWire’s strategic choices are backed by data, proper business cases, and rigorous follow-through across the value chain. Your core impact areas include:

- Strategy Creation & Facilitation:

• Driving LanguageWire’s annual strategy process.
• This includes market and competitive benchmarking, facilitating executive strategy workshops, translating top-level strategy into coherent divisional plans, and driving our quarterly OKRs.
• Together with the Management operationalize the strategy into Sales, Operation, Product & Pricing and Tech.

- Executive & Board Sparring:

• Serving as a close resource and sparring partner for the CEO.
