HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner About the Role As Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with leaders and employees across NOV Denmark to deliver strategic and operational HR support aligned with business objectives. While primarily supporting the Subsea Production Systems (SPS) business, you will collaborate across the Denmark organization as business needs evolve.

You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping build organizational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and enable business performance through effective people strategies.

Working closely with NOV's Centres of Excellence, you will support workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with Danish employment legislation and NOV policies.

The role combines strategic partnership with operational HR delivery, balancing business partnering with the execution and oversight of core HR processes to support sustainable business performance across NOV Denmark.
