About the role

As our new QMS & Training Specialist, you will be a part of the Quality Assusrance team and report directly to the Head of Quality Assurance. You will play a central role in establishing and developing our training framework, electronic training system, and broader quality processes.

You will help ensure that people across the organisation have the right training, competencies, and quality support to work confidently in a GxP-regulated environment. This is a hands-on role in a growing organisation. Initially, your focus will be on implementing and strengthening our electronic training management system.
