Bridge platform direction and high-quality execution As Technical Business Lead, you will sit at the heart of our digital delivery organisation, connecting platform direction with day-to-day development. Reporting to the Head of Digital Platform, you will be part of the Digital Platform Team, consisting of 10 close colleagues.
You will act as the operational link between the Platform Owner and the development team, working closely with Tech Leads, Product Design & Analytics, and relevant business stakeholders. The Product Owner owns the vision, customer value and commercial priorities, while the Platform Owner owns the technical platform, roadmap, and prioritisation.
Your role is to turn these priorities into clear, development-ready work and drive effective execution. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of business and technology. By resolving ambiguity, removing obstacles and keeping delivery moving, you will help reduce delays and rework and contribute to more predictable, high-quality delivery.
