As our new Business Development Manager, you will join the Biopharma Processing Aids Venture team and work across functions to advance new product development, partnerships, and market opportunities. You will engage with biopharma companies, CDMOs, technology providers, and senior stakeholders across the biopharma ecosystem.

The role & your impact You will play a central role in the commercial and strategic development of the Biopharma Processing Aids Venture. Combining market insight, partnership development, and cross-functional project leadership, you will identify, validate, and advance opportunities from early exploration toward scalable business potential. Your key responsibilities in this role:

• - Identify and assess business development opportunities through market landscaping, customer and expert engagement, opportunity sizing, and strategic fit assessments.
