As a Hotline Engineer in our Customer Diagnostics Center, you'll receive comprehensive training to deliver exceptional support to our global customers. Welcome to our Hotline-department Join our Aarhus office and become part of a dedicated team of more than 20 experts with over 350 years of combined experience, providing round-the-clock support to our customers worldwide.
During your first 2-3 years, you'll undergo extensive training to become an independent support specialist for our global customers. Expect around 40 days of travel per year, with more travel initially as part of your training. To ensure the relevant areas are covered you will be highly involved in planning the training.
