About the role
As our Process Manager (Specialist) - Coating Expert, you'll serve as the lead process specialist for Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes, ensuring a high level of process understanding and enabling a reliable and efficient manufacturing process. You'll work closely with specialists and operators to explore the limits of the technology, expand process capability, and expand its use across the LEGO Group.
This is an opportunity to help refine and globalize a new manufacturing process that creates a shiny metallic decorative effect on LEGO® products. You may have gained your experience through working with PVD, CVD, thin-film technologies, or similar coating and surface engineering processes where you've developed, optimized, or industrialized manufacturing technologies.
