We are looking for an exceptional Manager, Performance & Reward Global Office to join our Performance & Reward CoE at Pandora’s Global Headquarters in Copenhagen. As the Performance & Reward partner for the Global Office, you will act as the primary connection between the business and our global team.
You will play a key role in shaping and governing reward solutions, bringing business needs into global design and equipping HR Business Partners with the guidance and tools they need to make high-quality decisions. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic reward expertise with close business partnering in a truly global environment.
