Maternity cover / 1 year As Senior AI Experience Strategist, you will help shape how employees across Novo Nordisk work with AI. You will connect employee needs, business priorities and AI capabilities to identify where AI can make a meaningful difference – and what it takes for people to use it with confidence.

From understanding a difficult task to testing a redesigned workflow, your evidence will guide what we pursue, improve or stop, creating better everyday work and demonstrable value for the business. What you’ll bring You are a senior experience practitioner who connects strategic thinking with practical delivery. We welcome varied professional backgrounds and equivalent practical experience.

- Substantial expertise in experience strategy, service design, human-centred design, UX research or a related discipline. - Experience leading complex work independently, navigating ambiguity and setting clear priorities when information is incomplete.
