CRM & Field Force Effectiveness Manager - Global Sales

Employment type: FULLTIME. Denmark Smørum We are looking for a CRM & Field Force Effectiveness Manager to join our Sales, Training and Service organization. In this role, you will strengthen the productivity and effectiveness of our Global Sales and local customer-facing teams by connecting commercial strategy, data, technology, and field execution.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Finance and local markets, you will translate commercial ambitions into practical improvements that help our sales organization focus on the right customers, execute the right activities, and deliver measurable business results.

By combining Field Force Effectiveness methodologies, analytics and CRM optimization with effective processes, you will help drive sustainable commercial performance across our international markets.
