Associate Energy Program Manager

Employment type: FULLTIME. Overview Microsoft Cloud Operations & Innovation is seeking a Program Manager, Energy Markets to drive strategic energy initiatives across the Nordics.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of energy, technology, and infrastructure, helping to deliver the reliable and sustainable energy solutions that support Microsoft's expanding datacenter footprint and the growth of the cloud and AI economy. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of projects focused on datacenter energy supply and technology.

Responsibilities include supporting site selection efforts, advancing datacenter interconnection strategies, evaluating new technologies, developing business cases, communicating project requirements, supporting data management needs, and partnering with stakeholders to identify and execute opportunities that enable Microsoft's continued growth.

As part of the CO+I Energy Team, you will join a group of specialists responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and delivering strategic energy solutions across the region.
