This is an opportunity to gain practical experience with purchasing, supplier collaboration and supply chain processes in an international manufacturing company. Your Impact - Support the Purchasing team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. - Place purchase orders and follow up on order confirmations and deliveries.
- Maintain purchasing master data in the ERP system, including supplier details, item information, prices and lead times. - Update minimum order quantities (MOQ) and minimum and maximum stock levels in collaboration with the team. - Assist with ABC categorisation of items to support purchasing and stock management. - Check purchasing data for accuracy and completeness to help daily purchasing activities run smoothly.
