What you will do

At Johnson Controls Global Marine Service Denmark, we are looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Service Sales Manager – Offshore Service Sales to join our team in Aarhus. In this role, you will have ownership of developing and growing Offshore Service Sales across a global customer portfolio.

Acting as a trusted partner to offshore operators and marine customers, you will identify business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and drive service growth through innovative HVAC/R solutions.

You will work closely with technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders across the organization while maintaining responsibility for your customer portfolio, sales pipeline, and business development activities.
