Oils and Fats Application Research is a global and fast-growing business area with research groups in Denmark and the US. You will join an international team of 16 scientists and research associates with diverse backgrounds, working closely with R&D to develop sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
The role & your impact As our new Laboratory Technician in Oils & Fats Application Research, you will play a key operational role in developing, scaling up, and implementing innovative solutions for vegetable oils and fats, including biodiesel, renewable diesel, degumming, interesterification, and applications within food and oleochemicals.
You will also support exciting venture programs such as Carbon Capture and Plastic Recycling. Your work will directly contribute to advancing sustainable biosolutions globally. Your key responsibilities in this role - Plan and execute laboratory trials mimicking real industrial processes at laboratory scale, in collaboration with scientists.
