Aftersales Support Assistant or Coordinator

We are looking for an Aftersales Coordinator to join our Aftersales team at Actona Group.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer claims, ensuring a professional, efficient, and solution-oriented claims process.

You will own the claims handling for designated customers and customer groups while working closely with colleagues across Sales Support, Quality, and our international organization. Beyond day-to-day claims handling, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the optimisation and digitalisation of our processes.

A flair for identifying improvements, simplifying workflows, and leveraging digital solutions will be a strong advantage.
