What the job is … You will join a team of skilled professionals, participate in IT Infrastructure projects and take care of Satair’s global network, consisting of Cisco ecosystem, NAC, Checkpoint Firewalls, VPN, Wifi and CATO Networks SASE solutions. The position is located in Copenhagen, Denmark.

The role also involves creating and maintaining network documentation, you will work closely with network support vendors to coordinate troubleshooting and support activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the daily handling of Service Requests through our IT Service Management tool.
