About FLC

At Femern Link Contractors (FLC), we are responsible for designing and constructing the immersed tunnel, portals and ramps on both ends of the tunnel, in Rødbyhavn and Puttgarden. We are also building the facilities for prefabricating tunnel elements as well as accommodation facilities, also known as the “Tunnel village” in Rødbyhavn, which provides housing for FLC workers.

About the department

The TE systems are part of the scope of the Marine team as temporary measures to facilitate the immersion of the elements. In total, 79 standard (220m long, 9m high, 45m wide) and 10 special elements (38m long, 12,5m high, 50m wide) will connect the Femern Belt Tunnel to both Germany and Denmark.
