About the role

As our new Senior Manager - Next-Gen Pre-Pack Counting Lead, you'll shape counting technology within the LEGO® Group’s Next Generation Packing Equipment programme. You'll own the roadmap for our future counting technology and define the future of this technical area.

Combining deep automation insight, element insights with a broader systems perspective, you'll advance solutions that improve precision, scalability, and efficiency. You'll also shape the equipment architecture, aligning interfaces, specifications, and performance requirements across connected systems.
