About the role

As our Program Manager, GAME Creators, you'll provide the operational backbone for LEGO® GAME's creator and fandom work. You'll keep creator programmes and engagement platforms running day to day, turn strategy into repeatable operations, and build processes that help our creator and community work scale.

This is a fixed-term cover role running until December 2027 and offers the opportunity to shape how creators, communities and partners engage across our gaming ecosystem.

• Required Qualifications - Ran creator, community or influencer programmes from planning through day-to-day delivery.
• - Managed creator programmes, communities, or engagement initiatives within gaming or user-generated-content ecosystems, including creator-facing platforms.
