ENABL A/S is seeking a Documentation Specialist and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) Facilitator to join our Documentation & Safety area. We are looking for a FMEA Facilitator and Documentation Specialist to lead System, Functional, and Process FMEAs across the project lifecycle and ensure high-quality, well-structured technical documentation aligned with adjacent processes.

You will drive process mapping, coach teams, and enhance quality, safety, compliance, and delivery with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QHSE, Service, and external partners.

The Job and Key Responsibilities As a FMEA Facilitator and Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, facilitating, and documenting effective S-, D-, and P-FMEA workshops across the project lifecycle, carried out in close collaboration with our skilled and competent engineers. Furthermore your tasks will be to:

• Guide teams in how to identify hazard, failure modes, effects, controls, scoring and recommended actions.
• Ensure clear ownership, due dates, and verification of risk-reduction actions.
