Based within Portfolio Management, Enablement & Delivery, this role offers the chance to shape planning practices, improve visibility across workstreams, and help turn great ideas into physical LEGO® models that support future product experiences.

Play your part in our team succeeding You'll join the Model Planning & Build team, where we create physical copies of the designers' models for portfolio development, novelty projects, campaigns, selling-in activities, and toy fairs. Together, we build, rebuild, and inspire through openness, trust, and collaboration, while continuously improving how we work and support one another.

The team is entering a period of change as new delivery flows are introduced across locations, creating opportunities to improve planning processes, strengthen team connections, and create even greater transparency around upcoming work.
