Customised customer solutions require a supplier base that can support complexity, speed and technical value creation. As Sourcing Manager – Design-to-Order (DTO), you will strengthen NOVENCO’s competitive position by building supplier partnerships that support engineered solutions, modular thinking, cost optimisation and supply chain resilience.

Your Impact Identify, evaluate and develop suppliers for customised components, balancing quality, cost, delivery performance, sustainability and supply chain risk. Bring the right suppliers into early design phases to support Design for Manufacturing principles and optimise total cost of ownership.

Negotiate framework agreements, contracts and pricing structures that support volatile demand, complex components and project-specific requirements. Build long-term supplier partnerships capable of handling special materials, technical complexity, variable order volumes and long lead times.
