Program Manager, Lifecycle Management

We are looking for a program manager who will drive the successful execution of global OPS programs and lifecycle activities. The role is responsible for ensuring end-to-end alignment across functions owning program governance within the stage gate model (O-milestones), while providing inputs for the S-gates. The role secures alignment with PLM processes and strategic milestones.

The position ensures that product introductions, changes, and phase outs are effectively planned, prioritized, and executed, with a strong focus on operational readiness, risk management, and timely delivery.

What you will do

• Drive planning and execution of global product launch programs within Operations.
• Own stage gate governance (O-milestones + input for S-gates), ensuring alignment, decision-making, and timely progression.
