We are looking for two student assistants to join our Customer Experience organization at HQ in Humlebæk.
One of our recent student assistants has just transitioned into a full-time role after two years in the team — and we are now looking for new talent to continue building the function. In Customer Experience, we work to deliver superior customer experiences and be the trusted partner for our users/patients and healthcare professionals (e.g. nurses).
Join Customer Experience and collaborate across four global teams You will be part of a newly established Customer Experience organization, working across four teams:
- User Experience, HCP Experience, Service Operational Excellence, and Digital Marketing & Demand Generation.
- Together, we define, develop and implement the future customer experience — from understanding user needs and shaping digital journeys to creating content and enabling scalable solutions across markets.
