Core Responsibilities As part of our TA team, you’ll focus on identifying, engaging, and nurturing talent for roles mainly across Europe. You will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for successful recruitment by:

Identifying top talent

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, and advanced search techniques (e.g. Boolean and X-ray).

Building strong pipelines

Cultivate relationships with passive candidates to develop short- and long-term pipelines for key functions.

Partnering strategically

Collaborate closely with TA Partners and Hiring Leaders to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

Pre-screening candidates

Conduct initial screening calls for selected roles to evaluate experience, skills, and fit before moving forward in the process.

Delivering market insights

Share relevant data on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to inform strategy1 …
