About the role

As our new Head of Performance Management, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Elements & Moulds Operations. As a member of the Supply Chain Management Leadership Team, you will drive the performance agenda across the organization and ensure data-driven decision-making supports both operational excellence and strategic ambitions.

Your focus will be on performance management, KPI governance, data transformation, analytics, process quality, and the adoption of AI and digital solutions that enable better business outcomes.
