About the role

As our Senior Service Designer - Data Platforms, you'll help create a user-centred experience across the tools and services offered throughout the organisation. This is the first Service Design role in the Data Office, giving you a unique opportunity to influence how products are shaped and experienced.

You'll sit within the Design competency in Digital Platforms and Infrastructure while dedicating your work to Data Office initiatives. Your service design practice will help inform product portfolio decisions and support the implementation of the Data Office's digital strategy.

Required Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, reconcile competing priorities, and drive alignment on critical business decisions. - Delivered service blueprints and journey maps that informed product or business decisions. - Conducted user and stakeholder research, synthesizing insights into clear recommendations.
