Senior AI Adoption Lead

Employment type: CONTRACTOR. Requisition: 8545387. The Senior AI Adoption Lead takes ownership of ALK's continuous AI adoption programme, turning enthusiasm into real, safe, everyday value from the AI tools available to ALK employees.

This role continues the adoption efforts from 2025 (over 1,000 employees trained in GenAI usage) and 2026 (more tailored training on ALK's AI solutions) and is key to achieving ALK's AI ambition within the Allergy+ strategy. This role requires genuine enthusiasm for enabling people, facilitating great learning experiences, and driving change.

The Senior AI Adoption Lead must work closely with people across all business areas, be proactive, reach out to employees, and drive AI adoption across the entire organization so that the change is permanent and sticks with employees. This role owns ALK's continuous AI adoption programme, covering general enablement on GenAI, tailored upskilling for all employees, and engagement activities that drive adoption.

This includes preparing and hosting AI training (both general-purpose and tool-specific), the training calendar, micro-learning, maintaining AI at ALK intranet site.
