The Impact You'll Make As Senior Manager, Procurement Europe, you will lead the procurement strategy for our Plate Heat Exchangers (PHEX) Business Unit across Europe. Leading a team of 6 procurement professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring competitive costs, high-quality materials, reliable supply, and a resilient supplier network that supports both regional operations and global growth.

You will help shape the future of our supply chain by building and developing an export-ready supplier base, driving sourcing excellence, and delivering measurable value across procurement, operations, and product development. Your work will directly contribute to business performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term competitiveness.
