To support our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Head of Global Commercial Excellence who can help transform commercial strategy into measurable business results across our global commercial organization. The role

You will lead a team of specialists and project managers while working closely with commercial leaders across regions, business units, and functions. Your mission will be to identify and unlock commercial value, improve commercial effectiveness, and ensure that Commercial Excellence initiatives create measurable business impact.

A key priority for the role will be to establish pricing excellence and deliver measurable margin improvement. Beyond pricing, you will help strengthen sales effectiveness, customer impact, and cost-to-serve performance through improved commercial processes, capabilities, tools, and data-driven decision making.
