About the position

In the credit program, we are shaping the future credit journey for our member banks and their customers. Our ambition is to make complex credit processes simpler, smarter and more intuitive.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, understanding and documenting customer needs in a structured way and translating them into solutions that support advisors in making better decisions and give customers a more seamless experience.

You will play a key role in developing user journeys and work closely with our Product Owners and development teams to ensure that our solutions meet customer needs and expectations. Additionally, the role involves helping and guiding our member banks through successful implementation of our solutions and gathering feedback to ensure they maximize the benefits of new technologies and processes.
