Customer Consultant

We are searching for a Customer Consultant to join our team This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde (Denmark), and you will join team Customer Consultants organized in Customer & Business Processes. The team is in charge of customer relations together with our Customer Account Managers, and we secure high customer satisfaction towards agreements and economy with our customers.

The position offers you the chance to be a part of a highly skilled and dedicated customer team, where collaboration, timely agreements, improvements, and customer satisfaction is a part of our exciting agenda. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to 8 days per month. Your direct manager will be Rasmus Rosenville Nielsen.

Primary task and responsibilities include:
