About the role

As our AMS Manager, you will own and evolve The Cloud People's global Application Management Services (AMS) offering. You will be responsible for developing our managed services portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence, and working closely with Sales, Global Competency Centers, and Service Delivery teams to create scalable, high-value AMS services for our customers.

This is a strategic role that combines service design, commercial leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

What you will do

• Own and develop TCP's global ServiceNow AMS offering.
• Design and continuously improve service packages, pricing, and delivery models.
• Work with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to support customer proposals and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with Service Delivery Managers and Global Competency Centers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through best practices, automation, AI, and continuous improvement.
