Senior Legal Manager - Digital Law

We are looking for a Senior Legal Manager – Digital Law to join our Data Protection & Digital Law team within Group Legal & Compliance.

The team advises Carlsberg on legal and compliance matters at the intersection of law and technology, including IT outsourcing and commercial negotiations, data protection and privacy, AI, and cybersecurity law. This role is for someone who goes beyond traditional legal advice.

You will need the judgement to know when a business issue calls for pragmatic, case-by-case legal support and when it requires a scalable solution, such as a process, framework, control or new way of working. We are looking for someone curious, creative and able to take legal requirements from interpretation through implementation.

In doing so, you will help shape how Carlsberg approaches digital regulation more broadly.
