Our global HR organization is central to the business, driving the people and culture agenda that underpins our success. As Head of People Strategy & Analytics, you will lead our People Strategy & Analytics function and manage a high-performing team of three specialists. You will be responsible for driving the strategic people agenda through data, analytics, and executive communication.

Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you will transform complex analyses, strategic initiatives, and people insights into clear concepts, compelling narratives, and decision-making material for Group Leadership and the Board of Directors.
