As a Manager, your work will combine compliance, reporting, data and technology, and you will, among other things, explore how AI can be applied to compliance and contribute to shaping the future regulatory setup in NBS. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure from scratch, navigating complex regulatory requirements and combining business, data and technology understanding.

We are currently in the process of developing a new service "Regulatory Services", where you will play a key part in shaping and further developing the unit and services provided. The purpose is to gather a service that can handle the flow from legislation via factual data to risk assessments, annual cycle to spot checks and reporting.
