About the role

As our Automation Manager, Operational Technology, Moulding Platform Owner, you'll own and develop a global moulding platform that supports the production of new LEGO® elements. You'll be responsible for automation software, robotics, industrial networks, safety systems, data connectivity, and platform standardisation.

Working closely with colleagues in Operational Technology, Research & Development, production, maintenance, and with external partners, you'll drive continuous improvements, guide technical decisions, and ensure the platform remains stable, secure, and ready for future growth.

You'll play a key role in integrating new technologies, supporting new product introductions, and enabling high-quality production across our moulding operations.
