Senior Programme Manager - Technology and Innovation

The Senior Programme Manager sits at the heart of this mission, responsible for leading and orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of complex, single and multi-year technology enablement programmes that support the Lab's innovation agenda.

Working closely with the CLAb Leadership Team and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, mission capabilities and operations, this role ensures that new technologies and tools - including AI initiatives - are successfully adopted into workflows and ways of working, driving measurable improvements in how the Creative Play Lab operates and innovates.
