Senior Director, Strategy Partner to the Chief Commercial Officer

Job DescriptionThe LEGO Group is looking for a passionate and experienced leader to partner with the LEGO Group Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This is a critical strategic role based out of Billund, Copenhagen or London. Bring your strategic and forward-thinking mentality and ability to navigate in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment!

Core Responsibilities The Strategy Partner, CCO is a member of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) leadership team and a people leader of 7 passionate strategy professionals located in different markets globally. You will work closely with the LEGO Group Chief Commercial Officer to drive her strategic agenda, including:

• Constructively challenge and spar with the CCO and her leadership team to improve leadership decisions.
• Translate the Commercial strategy into simple and clear communication for the CCO to share with her senior leadership team and broader organisation.
• Prepare materials on behalf of the CCO that go to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors (BoD) for input and decision-making.
• Ensure the strategic initiatives progress and track well.
• Support the CCO to ensure her leadership team meetings are run well with clear pre-reads and log of actions.
