Product Manager, Allocation & Replenishment - 12 Month FTC

Job DescriptionThe LEGO Group is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to lead an evolution of integrated digital planning capabilities supporting wider Retail Planning capabilities, specifically for Allocation and Replenishment. This position is a fantastic opportunity to make impact over a 12-month contract period during an exciting period of process and product transformation.

The position supports newly established, live enterprise tools. Success requires driving adoption, stabilizing operations, and continuously improving planning outcomes while balancing innovation with operational reliability.

Core ResponsibilitiesOwn the Allocation & Replenishment product area, ensuring successful delivery of capabilities that improve inventory allocation, replenishment, and stock availability across LEGO Retail. Partner with business stakeholders to understand planning and inventory management needs and translate them into product priorities and delivery outcomes.
