Outsourcing Manager Shape the future of outsourcing governance within a leading financial services organization On behalf of one of Denmark's leading financial services organizations within the automotive and mobility sector, Nikolajsen & Partners is seeking an experienced Outsourcing Manager to play a key role in strengthening and developing the company's outsourcing governance framework.

Operating in a highly regulated environment, the organization places significant strategic focus on effective third-party governance, regulatory compliance and operational resilience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become a trusted advisor working across the business to ensure that outsourcing arrangements support both regulatory expectations and business objectives.

The position is currently part of the Legal & Compliance department and involves close collaboration with stakeholders across Procurement, IT, Operations and external service providers.
