As our Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in building and testing prototype refrigeration systems that support development activities across Danfoss.
This is a highly hands-on role where you'll use your technical experience to build custom prototype setups, troubleshoot technical challenges, and help bring concepts to life. You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and internal stakeholders across Danfoss, ensuring prototypes are built efficiently and projects move smoothly from start to finish.
The environment is dynamic, with multiple activities running in parallel and a strong focus on practical execution. While you'll take the technical lead on projects, this is not a people management role.
