Your role and team

We are looking for an Application/IT Supporter who will be responsible for the technical deployment, support and ongoing operation of UNEEG's software solutions. You will help onboard new hospital customers, with a primary focus on the US market, while ensuring excellent service and operational continuity for our existing customers.

You will initially be part of Technology and later join the new Customer Enablement & Governance team. Working closely with the Project Lead, Customer Enablement & Governance, you will be the technical bridge between hospital IT teams and colleagues across Commercial, Clinical Operations and Technology.
