You will turn Commercial strategy and Novo’s ambitions into a focused portfolio of AI products and analytics that deliver measurable business outcomes, and you will lead a team of around 10 people to build them. Your work will help leaders make better-informed decisions, today, for people living with serious chronic diseases.
What you’ll bring You combine hands-on delivery leadership with strong commercial understanding, and you can explain complex AI topics to anyone in the room. - A Master’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. - 10+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI, digital product development or commercial technology roles.
