Your Responsibilities
- - Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, tailored recruitment strategies.
- - Proactively drive efficient, high-quality end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure time-to-fill performance.
- - Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining structure, quality, and professional candidate experience.
- - Proactively drive sourcing activities to attract and engage qualified candidates across relevant channels.
- - Guide hiring managers through the entire interview and selection process, influencing decisions and ensuring well-founded hiring choices.
- - Ensure a seamless and positive candidate journey from first contact to signed contract.
