As an Account Executive for Enterprise Customers on the Retail and Professional Services Account team unit, you help organizations transform how they operate and deliver value by adopting Microsoft solutions. You work closely with business and technology leaders to understand their strategies, identify opportunities, and empower them to realize their ambitions through our cloud and platform capabilities.
You lead strategic customer engagements, shape the roadmap of joint initiatives, and champion customer success across every interaction. In this role, you develop and execute multi‑year account plans across a portfolio of enterprise customers, aligning Microsoft offerings to business outcomes and measurable impact.
You orchestrate a broad virtual team of specialists, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive new opportunities, expand solution usage, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
