Process and Production Supporter

Process Support, Oral Pilot Plant Måløv, Denmark, onsite Your impact begins here You will help keep oral production moving by solving practical problems close to the line, supporting deviations, and strengthening everyday GMP processes.

This role exists because the team needs more hands-on support capacity: someone who can take ownership, prioritise several tasks at once, move things forward, and help ensure that production issues are handled with quality, pace, and pragmatic judgement. What you’ll bring - An academic degree within Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or another relevant field.

- Hands-on experience from a GMP-regulated environment, or strong motivation and ability to build your career in GMP production support. - Understanding of documentation, deviation handling, quality requirements, and compliant ways of working. - The ability to handle several tasks in parallel while keeping overview, quality, and momentum.

- A proactive working style where you take ownership, reach out to stakeholders, and follow tasks through to completion. - Confidence to work close to production, speak with colleagues on the shop floor, and get the information needed to solve problems1 …
