This role exists because the team needs more hands-on support capacity: someone who can take ownership, prioritise several tasks at once, move things forward, and help ensure that production issues are handled with quality, pace, and pragmatic judgement. What you’ll bring - An academic degree within Engineering, Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or another relevant field.
- Hands-on experience from a GMP-regulated environment, or strong motivation and ability to build your career in GMP production support. - Understanding of documentation, deviation handling, quality requirements, and compliant ways of working. - The ability to handle several tasks in parallel while keeping overview, quality, and momentum.
- A proactive working style where you take ownership, reach out to stakeholders, and follow tasks through to completion. - Confidence to work close to production, speak with colleagues on the shop floor, and get the information needed to solve problems1 …
